I took my truck there with almost a full tank of gas and they had it for 3 days and put 150 miles on it and never fixed. Just used it for there own personal use. Please don't go to Eagle 1 Automotive.
Integrity and service.
I explained that my car was loud and was not accelerating well, and that on another note I would like an oil change if at all possible. When it came around to asking the make, model, and year (a 1993 Geo Prizm), I was told that since it didn't have a computer they wouldn't be able to work on it. "It's too old," they said. Being rather confused and not a little annoyed (I know 1993 isn't like yesterday, but it's still a car that needs work and isn't that what Eagles does--fix cars?), I looked for another place to get my car serviced.
I took it to another place not 2 miles away from Eagles and they were able to ascertain the problem within 15 minutes and have it fixed within an hour. It was a simple matter of the exhaust and muffler. I'm sorry, but if you can't find and fix a simple problem like that without a computer's help, what good are you?
I called ahead of time to ask if Eagles would be able to take my car to fix it. I was under the impression that this was polite, as sometimes auto repair shops have a lot of cars in and may not be able to take anymore. They said they weren't too busy, and asked what the problem was.
The only automotive shop I refer to others and take my cars to based on their integrity and reliability. Dan has always gone over and beyond to help us with my vehicle issues. Eagle Automotive are honest and trustworthy, I highly recommend them
