After I left, I noticed my phone wasn't charging in the car charger. I looked at the cord and it had been swapped out. I only use apple original/direct products so I knew this wasn't my cord. It's not that expensive of an item but it's the principle. I feel ashamed that I even tipped them generously.
This is the only place I'll take my vehicle. $25 for the VIP package gets your car hand washed and dried, and interior gets vacuumed, wiped down, and windows cleaned. $5o-60 gets all that plus a good wax job. They could be a little quicker, so I wouldn't recommend stopping if you're in a hurry.
It's disappointing that unethical behavior overshadows the great work done.
they overcharge you if they see you have a nice car and the people that work there move 1 mile an hour and stop working constantly while they take up your valuable time. It seems nobody takes their job seriously and they use the same dirty rags to clean all cars without any product/chemicals. Basically it takes for ever to get out of there and their job leaves a lot to desire. Be careful using or telling them to use your own chemicals as they will charge you an additional $5 for doing so. The policy makes absolutely no sense.

These guys do a top-notch job. Seriously the best place to get a hand-watch in Ypsi/ann arbor area. It takes awhile but the car comes out looking nearly professionally detailed for a lot less than a full detail would cost. I always get the VIP service for $25. Make sure to tip, the workers are incredible!
The guys that work here are honest and work their butts off.
DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM. They did a great hand wash for cheap ($15 for exterior only) but it's not worth it.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY to go to this establishment i have a show car the car is a 10 of 10 zero imperfections. I've been very busy and haven't been able to wash my car which I've never let anyone but me wash my car for this reason. I've seen them and i figured i'd give them the opportunity to earn my business. I drove up immediately i saw their wash rags were not clean so i gave them my wash rags to use on my car. When i came back 2 hours later the car was not clean the wheels were not clean and they left my wet rags on my leather seats instead of putting them in a plastic bag or on the rubber floor mat then i had a chip in the door which the owner said he saw it when they started to wax it. This car is my baby i know exactly what this car has on it theirs no way i had a chip on the door but its my word against his. SO IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TREATED ROUGH FEEL FREE TO GO TO THIS PLACE!!
