This is more customer service than professional dentists. They charged me the amount for a planned work that was not complete. Now, I have to go spend money somewhere else to fix my tooth. They already sent me somewhere else before for a service they don't provide. THEY WILL NOT SEE MY FACE BACK THERE ANY MORE.
I had my first appointment today and I have already recommended three of my friends. The staff is great! They made me feel really comfortable. I am no longer dreading to go to the dentist.
I started going to Dr. Colleen Bullard 15 years ago when she was working at a dental office in Belleville, MI. A few years later I followed her to Ypsilanti, MI when she opened up her own private practice. She is the best dentist that I have ever had and the staff has always been very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Recently I was in a car accident that left me with severe dental trauma. Since this incident occurred, Dr. Bullard and her staff have gone out of their way to fit me in to get urgent work done, and have been very helpful scheduling me appointments with specialists in other areas that have been necessary for my recovery. I have always felt very comfortable going to Dr. Colleen Bullard and I am confident that I am in the best care possible. If she happened to move her private practice far away from my residence, I would follow her again. If you are shopping around for a new dentist, I highly reccommend Comprehensive Dentistry in Ypsilanti. I am confident in saying that you will not be dissappointed in the services that Dr. Colleen Bullard and her staff provide. :)
