Have not shopped at Target in a very long time due to the lack of sales and coupons *Addicted to sales*. Today I decided to go only to be let down by the associate and the manager that all the sale items they had out on display did not start until 2 days later. A complete waste of my time. Horrinle customer relations.
Customer service and store manager allowed a lady to get taken in line despite knowing she cutted me and my 3 young kids. When I said that I was next in line and should be taken first several times they ignored me and allowed the lady who cut me to verbally abuse and threaten me for approximately 10 minutes. They did not interfere or call store security. I am pregnant and was with my 3 young kids and kept asking the other customer to stop, she wanted to physically fight me. I am afraid to go back to this store. Target store management and corporate not my return my message regarding this issue.
Great target. My only complaint is most of the cashiers I️ have had have no idea how the cartwheel app works or what promotions are going on throughout the store. So multiple times, right after checking out I’ve had to go to the returns/help people to get the proper promotion applied to my purchase.
It's a target. It's not the nicest one I've been to and it's certainly not the worst.
The staff is friendly but generally pretty lacking in product knowledge. If you have questions about a specific item, they usually can't tell you more than just where it is in the store.
The store is generally clean, if a little dusty in some places.
On the phone with Target customer service for an entire hour, and still did not sort out the problems with my Target card because I kept being transferred to different departments. Having a Red Card is simply not worth it - you spend hours trying to sort out the smallest details, only to save an extra 3% more than you would have on a 2% cashback credit card. Complete waste of time.
