We waited in line for almost 10 minutes for some one to weigh a package of meat. The person sent to price it didn't return so needless to say we left our intended purchase and went somewhere else to shop. Everytime we go to this GFS it is always the same kind of service. Guess I need to find a different GFS

Young sales lady was so kind and attentive, but sadly, I didn't ask her name. What she couldn't answer, she got the Manager, Kim. She answered Q"s I didn't even know I had about products I was buying. Kim anticipated these question's because of her vast knowledge of food service and restaurant experience and background. Gordon's made a good choice when they put Kim in a Management position. Another nice young employee, Juaan, my cashier, was pleasant and helpful at the the end of my shopping trip, by making sure my purchases weren't too heavy for me to manage. I will also add that my shopping experience was two (2) days in a row, because I hadn't thought through the need for all my supplies in one trip. I was very pleased with the experience at the Carpenter Road store.
