Just called and asked that cab go to my kids school and pick the up and bring them home. He asked where I went to explain. He started getting loud. Then told me well I hope they pay attention because we are not waiting. I told him I wasn't asking him to wait. I paying you for the cab. I mean really? I asked for a manager and was hung up on. WOW! I called back again asked for a manager. He yelled that there was no manager there. BS. You didn't want to call them. Then mr. Rick or rich whatever the rude jerks name was had the nerve to ask YOU WANT THE CAB! No. Save yourself and just call Blue cab first.
DO NOT USE THIS CAB!! They are always late and very rude. The "customer service" rep threatened to cancel my cab if I complained about the cab being late.
