Called to complain about a piece of cardboard that was found baked into the pizza. The manager, "Star", was extremely rude and condescending. I'm not surprised to see that this is the first review written about her lack of professionalism.
The night manager onto the weekends here is the best! She made sure I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend.
Delivered to the wrong address. Drivers have ONE job. Told me the remake of the order would be here in 5-10 minutes. (I live 0.5 miles away). No call. Called back and was told they had the wrong number for me. (Not the wrong address) That I could come get the pizza for free. 2 hours after I ordered it. I was told I could have a free order next time, if I used the phone number I was calling on to place the order. Apparently no one thought to use the number I had previously called on.... three times.
Had several delivery issues with this location in the past, but tonight's takes the cake. Ordered through the Android app and paid ahead with a credit card. After waiting over an hour and a half, the driver told me that I couldn't have the order without showing a driver's license. Bear in mind, I had my signed Visa and another photo ID with me. Driver was quite rude during the entire exchange. Called and spoke with an assistant manager who was polite, but couldn't offer me anything more than telling me that it's company policy and there's nothing she can do. If you're going to refuse someone service, do it from the get-go. Don't make them wait almost two hours, then tell them you won't accept their Visa card that you've already charged.
My truly favorite pizza, love ordering online too and they had the pizza ready for immediate pickup. Very convenient and you get points for free pizza. With online coupons their pizza is a steal.
