Only thing that seems to be good is the Big Buford. They just opened and they can't seem to be able to cook fresh product. Working in fast food I know its possible to keep up on fresh product. This used to be one of my favorite places, but this Ypsilanti location is Ghettod out. I will continue to come. But only for one thing. They should retrain people if they can't get fresh product.
Love the food and the manager is really helpful, nice and makes sure you're happy.

Y’all shouldn’t fry your sweet stuff with savory. My Monsterella stir taste like final fries. It was a waste of my money.

so it's been 8 months since my last review. I walked in today and was greeted with happy, pleasant people. looks like their staff is coming together nicely.
That checkers/ ralleys on Washtenaw was the worse. Will never go back there again. Got there and the guy behind the counter was just saying stupid comments. Repeating orders. Than tells everyone he's new there. Got to my order and asked if i had a husband. And was there anything else I wanted?Like just some damn napkins. My order was for there and they put it in a bag. Ok fine. I got the cheese champ. It's was so nasty. It was so small. Looked liked a small kids meal burger from Wendy's. About half way eating it. Was literally pink inside. I threw that garbage away in the garbage. The onion was not a white color. Looked more grey. My mom got a "big" chicken sandwich. It was not nothing but a small chicken. Like the size of my burger. Bad food, rude cashier. New or not he made me feel uncomfortable. And after seeing everyone coming in they looked ticked off at him.
