Used to live here when it first opened. No complaints.
If you have any problems with your home forget ever trying to get maintenance to fix them. They will have you fill out work orders (get a copy for proof) and never get to them. They pass the buck around blaming everyone else for you work not getting done. I have been waiting YEARS yes years for some of my work orders and they are still not done.
Please DO NOT move your family in here. I am stuck and I wouldn't want you to be too. Also their pool and playground they lure you in with opens late if at all. They had damage to the pool and I'm not even sure if they will open this year. The playground is a joke. Super dangerous and full of trash. I won't let my kids go in there.
If I could give a zero I would. I have been here 4 years now and each year it just gets worse. I would have left a long time ago if I could afford another place. But I'm stuck until I can get a mortgage for a new home.
I've lived here since 2010 and so much has changed for the better rental units are being fixed, the property is getting clean and beautiful under the new management they have a safe welcoming atmosphere I highly reccomend living here!
*The drainage system in my yard isn't working. The pump is full and they won't empty it. So every time it rains at all my whole yard and driveway is flooded. I'm talking swamp water everywhere. I have slipped and fell. Work order in, no response.
The front of the park looks so nice and that is how they get you. Pay attention once you drive past the front it gets worse.
*My ceiling in my bathroom has a huge water spot from a leak and the paint is actually chipping around it. I'm afraid when it rains it may just fall through. Told them, no body has even come to look at it.
With Sun Communities as new owners this is becoming a very very nice place to live again. Thanks Sun !!!

These are my main work orders that actually effect my safety. There are also little odds and ends but I know they will never get addressed so why bother.
The management here is worthless. They take your money and that's about it....so many people are moving out due to the lousy manager and the type of people renting out the crappy homes.The roads are awful. Maintenance sucks if you own your home they harrass you but the rest of the hoodlums renting out the dilapidated homes get away with everything from shooting out car windows to drug deals and theft. Do not waste your time this place is over priced and a joke. The grounds aren't maintained the pool is nasty and the ponds smell like sewage. Don't waste your time or money...they rip you off on the homes they sell. She agrees to a price and when you go fill the paperwork out its going to be at least a grand more!
*My windows won't stay open on their own. The balancers are all broken and I have to lift a very heavy window and place a wooden stake in it to hold it open. Can you say fire hazard? Plus if my kid grabs a stake they could drop a super heavy window on their hand. Been like this since day one.

*Electrical problems in my bathroom. Outlets work then don't work. One of them is actually burnt around it. Do they care, nope! Did I mention FIRE hazard!!
