Leanne Powell is just the worst manager in the world! You can never get to speak to her cause she's never around or don't answer the phone.
I lived here all my life until I moved out 4 years ago but then I came back and I enjoy it here. It's very quiet at night. The neighbors stay to themselves. The only thing I don't appreciate is the kids around here think it's ok to run thru my yard. They are rude and disrespectful And can't forget messing with property. And can't forget the residents think it's ok to let the dogs grap in my yard.
Man I hate the staff here. The trailer's great but almost not worth it. First off, it took me 3 months after applying to move in because they kept telling me they didn't have anything "but we will soon." Maintainence is a joke. Put in two maintainence orders when I moved in, then never heard another word about them until 4 months later when I reminded them about them. They gave me a 48 hour notice to mow my lawn, then 24 hours later they did the worst cut I've ever seen and tried to charge me $35 for it, even though I had a note telling them not to cut it. hey sent me a bill for "TV removal" for a TV that's still in my driveway. The staff is the most unorganized company I've ever seen.

Just moved in. People seem very friendly. I have no complaints.
